CONCRETE CASTING AND POWER FLOATING
Steel Fiber reinforced concrete floor :

Pouring & Leveling with Laser, the Concrete has to be poured continuously in one direction. A specialized worker lays an appropriate amount of concrete into required areas using a rotating laser, which precisely indicates & measures the amount of concrete that is required to be poured.

Leveling Points, the leveling points even out the areas onto which the concrete was poured with the aid of the rotating laser.

Surface vibrator, vibrate the concrete from the surface at the time when screeding (striking off) of the concrete is carried out. They are effective only if depth of concrete is up to 20 cm. If the depth is more, they can be used in combination with internal vibrators. They are used for long horizontal surfaces such as pavements & slabs.

Ride on trowel, Heavy & controlled by certified operator using steel floating disk for flatting the surface & steel blade for finishing the surface.

Cutting construction joints, cutting construction joints 1/3 of the screed thickness to control cracks effect if found.

Mopping with warm soapy water once a week is the only maintenance required.

A concrete floor that has been hardened & polished will have an extremely long-life expectancy compared to other flooring.

For example, a tile that may only last 10-20 years (tile is a vagueterm). Porcelain will last tens of years with no maintenance, but a polished concrete floor that has been properly maintained may give more than 100 years of service.
